Assess
In this phase CCS staff will work with clients to understand their current state of operation which includes corporate goals, board mandates, industry regulatory requirements and so much more. From goal alignment, risk assessment to technology maturity, understanding our clients current state enables CCS and clients to discover gaps, risks, and issues that could affect the brand and financials of the organization.
Deliverable: An assessment report is produced and reviewed with the client for acceptance.
Recommend
In this phase of the process, CCS will leverage its industry expertise, technology and cybersecurity to recommend operational, technology and people actions needed to meet the goals and mandates of the client.
Deliverable: A comprehensive recommendation and roadmap (generally combined with the assessment phase) delivers to the client a clear path to the desired end state.
Implement
In this phase, CCS and Clients work together to implement agreed upon recommendations. Implementation could be process, technology, training, operational activities and more.
Deliverable: Implementation plan, definition of success and delivery of the plan to the satisfaction of the customer.
Improve
In this phase, CCS and Client will agree on continuous improvement efforts. From monitoring of established controls to periodic reassessments of business goals in alignment with established processes, CCS will leverage a combination of automated solutions and manual efforts to make sure clients are continuously improving their cybersecurity posture.
Deliverable: Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP).
